About Alepaca
We are a registered NGO dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development, transparency, and measurable impact.
Our Mission
To empower underserved communities through sustainable development programs in water, education, health, agriculture, and economic empowerment, creating lasting positive change.
Our Vision
A world where every community has access to clean water, quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities — enabling people to thrive with dignity.
Our Values
Transparency, accountability, community ownership, sustainability, and measurable impact guide everything we do. We believe in empowering, not creating dependency.
Our Story
From a small initiative to a regional force for change.
Alepaca Investment Limited was founded in 2020 with a simple but powerful belief: that sustainable investment in communities creates lasting change. What began as a small water project in a single village has grown into a multi-program organization serving 85 communities across the region.
Our founder, John Kamau, witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of water scarcity on rural communities. Driven by a commitment to transparency and measurable results, he assembled a team of passionate professionals dedicated to community-driven development.
Today, Alepaca operates programs in clean water, education, healthcare, women's empowerment, sustainable agriculture, and environmental conservation. We have impacted over 50,000 lives and deployed more than $1.2 million in community development projects.
