Of Impact
Our mission and values are not just words — they are the compass that guides every program, partnership, and decision we make.
To implement integrated, community-driven solutions that promote enterprise development, environmental conservation, climate-smart practices, and social support systems — empowering women, youth, and vulnerable communities to achieve sustainable livelihoods.
To be a leading catalyst for sustainable development, climate resilience, and inclusive economic empowerment in Malawi.
We uphold accountability in all operations and partnerships, ensuring every contribution reaches those who need it most.
We believe sustainable change begins within communities — working alongside people, not just for them.
We embrace practical and forward-thinking solutions to address interconnected development challenges.
We prioritise women, youth, and marginalised groups to ensure no one is left behind in our programs.
We design programs that create long-term environmental and economic impact for future generations.
We collaborate with government, NGOs, private sector, and donors to maximise reach and impact.
From our founding in April 2025 to our 2030 impact goals — every milestone reflects the dedication of our team and the trust of our communities.
