Alepaca Investment Limited has launched a comprehensive climate-smart agriculture training programme targeting smallholder farmers across Malawi. The programme equips farmers with practical skills to adapt to changing weather patterns, improve soil health, and maintain food security in the face of climate change.
Training sessions cover conservation farming techniques, water harvesting, drought-tolerant crop varieties, and integrated pest management. Participants also receive guidance on tree planting and reforestation as part of Alepaca's broader environmental sustainability agenda.
Alepaca Investment Limited has set an ambitious target of planting 100,000 trees by 2030 as part of its commitment to environmental conservation and climate resilience across Malawi.
